At SpinTime, we aim to deliver your products quickly and safely across India. Please read our shipping policy for details on how we handle deliveries.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • In case of unexpected delays (high demand, stock issues), we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days (after dispatch).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Currently, we offer Free Shipping on all orders.

  • No extra charges for Cash on Delivery (COD).


4. Courier Partners

We work with multiple trusted courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery, including:

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • BlueDart

  • India Post

The courier partner is automatically chosen based on your delivery location to ensure the fastest delivery.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification with a tracking link.

  • You can track your order directly on our Track Order page or the courier partner’s website.


6. Damages & Lost Shipments

  • We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you with replacement/refund.

  • For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.


7. Change of Address

  • You can request an address change within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After dispatch, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.
