Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days (after dispatch).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
3. Shipping Charges

Currently, we offer Free Shipping on all orders.

No extra charges for Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Courier Partners
We work with multiple trusted courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery, including:

The courier partner is automatically chosen based on your delivery location to ensure the fastest delivery.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification with a tracking link.

You can track your order directly on our Track Order page or the courier partner’s website.
6. Damages & Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you with replacement/refund.

For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
7. Change of Address

You can request an address change within 12 hours of placing the order.

After dispatch, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.
